Rules & Code of Conduct
These house rules have been formulated in terms of the Articles of Association, and are applicable and binding upon all the Owners of stands (henceforth referred to as Members), their successors in title, or assignees, lessees and or residents of Palm Villa Estates, and must be read in conjunction with all other existing rules.
Application & Termination
